• Your computers can be used in three modes:
- "Play and Pay" : Customers can use cafe's services (internet, scanning, printing...) and pay afterwards
- "Pre-Paid Time Codes" : Generate timecodes on Server and sell them to your customers. When that code is entered, Client computer will be available for use. If there's time left on generated code, it can be used some other time.
- "Membership" mode: Regular customers have configurabile price per hour as well as different accesing options. • When inactive, the Client is locked with a protection mask. There is no activity that can be done until :
(1) employee gives permission to start session, or
(2) customer enter Pre-Paid Time Code.
Then, Server starts session on this computer and the mask removes. • Every Client displays the time that the session has been running and the cost of the session. This is "Play and Pay" mode. In the "Time Code" mode Client displays remaining time instead of cost of the session.

• With the press of the "help" button customer can read a short manual. You can write here important things like : how-to instructions, prices, terms ...

• When the session is finished, Client can be rebooted from the Server with the press of the button (or automaticaly after the specified interval)

• Many Client options are administered from Server including:
- pricing
- security options and list of restricted programs (which will be auto terminated)
- colour of Client protection masks

This way all connected Clients are setup at once !

• Server database is encoded and protected from unauthorized modifications.

• Clients has additional passwords which are used for their administration. This way administrator can keep his password for Server administration and (if he wants to) give permission to the employees to maintain Client options

• Every Client disconnection from the Server (ex. reset) is noticed and customer's bill (or timecode) is maintained.

• Customers can change computer that are working on and this will be added on their bill.

• Built-in WEB SERVER : track cafe's management from any internet connected computer in the world. Type the IP address of Caffe Server in your browser and get instant HTML Report. You can see usage statistics by Timecodes, by Play & Pay, which drinks, hardware or services are charged, and what is currently on the customer's bill. Access to this report is password protected. Web Server can be even used to host your presentation.

• Clients can cycle banners from specified web page. These banners are downloaded and updated every day with the first start of Caffe Client. Setup of this option is really simple: in Caffe Server program type URL address of the web page containing banners and Clients will do their job. Banner adds will start cycling.

• Auto Client Reconnection with the Caffe Server program. It is not even necessary to type Server's ip address when you install Client. Can this be easier ?

• Statistical logging of the words that are typed in browser, chat or anywhere else. Collect all logs on Server and get most typed words.

• Take a look at Client's desktop. Check if anything suspicious is going on or assist to customer in some minor problems.

• Statistical HTML reports can be sent to specified E-Mail when the Client starts or on demand.
